Your Vision, Engineered: The WSA-USA Signature Process

At WSA-USA, we don’t just sell machinery; we build the future of your facility. Our process is a collaborative partnership designed to eliminate bottlenecks, maximize capacity, and ensure your plant is ready for the demands of tomorrow.

Phase 1: Deep-Dive Discovery

We listen before we design.

Working with WSA-USA starts with a high-level conversation. We need to understand the unique nuances of your business to ensure our solutions aren’t just powerful, but purposeful.

During this stage, our experts evaluate:

  • Infrastructure & Layout: We audit your current systems, machinery, and technology to identify what stays, what evolves, and what’s missing.
  • Capacity & Growth: Where are your current bottlenecks? We analyze your production data to align our solutions with your 5-year and 10-year growth plans.
  • Team Dynamics: We look at your staffing requirements and operational workflows to ensure the new automation supports and empowers your workforce.
  • Pain Points: We identify the “critical gaps” that brought you to us, ensuring they are the first things we solve.

Phase 2: Collaborative Plan Development

Data-driven strategy meets world-class engineering.

We don’t guess; we simulate. Our multidisciplinary team—comprising Project Management, Leadership, Controls Engineering, and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Project Management—works alongside your stakeholders to build a roadmap for success.

The Power of the 3D Twin

Using our proprietary 3D Twin Factory Simulator, we build a digital version of your plant to stress-test every variable before a single bolt is turned. We analyze:

  • Paper roll loading/unloading and corrugator stacker exit.
  • Intermediate warehouse distribution and converting machine reprocessing.
  • Palletizing, finished product warehousing, and truck loading logistics.

Proven Execution

Whether you are starting from scratch (Greenfield) or integrating into a legacy environment (Brownfield), we have the track record to prove it. From sophisticated software integration to full-scale plant construction—as seen in our published success with Acme Corrugated Box Co.—we handle the heavy lifting.

Phase 3: Precision Implementation

Transparency from contract to project completion.

Once the design is finalized and the proposal is signed, the “heavy lifting” begins, but the mystery ends. We prioritize full transparency so you can manage your customers’ expectations while we manage your upgrade.

Our Commitment to Communication:

  • Regular Updates: You will never wonder where your project stands. We provide consistent progress reports on timelines and milestones.
  • The Kickoff Meeting: Once under contract, we hold a formal kickoff to hand over the “Project Bible,” including:
    • Dedicated Points of Contact
    • Finalized Layout Drawings
    • Comprehensive Project Gantt Charts
    • Utility & Infrastructure Documentation
  • Implementation, Commissioning and Training: Our team will lead a full turnkey installation from the measurement and line out of the production floor, equipment arrival, installation, commissioning, training and turnover to the operations leaders.
