Team & Infrastructure
WSA-USA’s Cincinnati office is home to a team of experienced and dedicated employees striving to provide superior care and service to our North American customers.
With a mix of seasoned veterans and budding young professionals, our growing team of 40 employees has over 400 years of experience in the corrugated industry.
Our office manages Order Processing, Shipping, Project Management, Installations, Service Support and Accounting. We house large inventory of critical spare parts and consumables in an adjoining warehouse.
We grow our business with our “customer-first” approach. By putting ourselves in our customer’s shoes, we ensure the backbone of our business is built on providing and maintaining the best customer experience in the corrugated industry.
